My husband's in the army and he just got back from Afghanistan. We just PCS'd from Fort Drum, NY to El Paso, TX where the pay is less than what he got in New York. I've been trying to find a job but with so few job availabilities and most jobs requiring you to be bilingual I've had no luck. We are were late paying rent and are behind on all our other bills so we had to pay the extra fees and now we don't have money for groceries. Does anybody know of a way to get help with paying our bills??
